The women honoured on this year's list developed innovative and comprehensive business plans. These had the aim to advance key marketing initiatives, innovative ideas and solutions, as well as to support their partners and customers and helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the pandemic.
CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy.
With extensive experience in building successful sales and marketing strategies and teams, Fraga oversees all sales revenue for both channel and direct sales, as well as marketing for SYSPRO globally.
To support the SYSPRO partner ecosystem throughout the pandemic, she worked closely with her team to expand the SYSPRO PartnerUP programme to ensure ongoing onboarding and education to equip partners with the tools they need to effectively sell the SYSPRO product and to service their own customer base.
Fraga says, "SYSPRO's strength lies in making things possible for manufacturers and distributors through our specialist, industry-built approach to technology. 2020 was a unique year in that our customers and partners were faced with unprecedented disruptions."
"As a trusted advisor, SYSPRO remains focused on the success of partners and customers. With a strong commitment to channel partner growth, SYSPRO customers are backed by a team of global experts that drive maximum value out of IT systems and business solutions. We are committed to addressing the unique needs of our customers, enabling them to easily adapt and remain resilient," adds Fraga.
As an advocate for women in technology, recognition within CRN's 2021 Women of Channel list also represents Fraga's goal to encourage more women to get involved in technology, she highlights.
"I believe that women have an integral role to play in STEM and I am committed to uplifting women to be successful in these disciplines," adds Fraga.
"CRN's 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges accomplished, influential women whose dedication, hard work and leadership accelerate channel growth," concludes Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. "We are proud to honour them for their many accomplishments and look forward to their continued contributions to the IT channel."
The 2021 Women of the Channel list has been featured in CRN's magazine and online.
