Dove Men+Care says that these men came together for more than just goals — they stood for grooming, confidence and care.

"Brotherhood among men — especially in the realm of sport — is deeply important for several reasons, both on and off the field," says Genevieve Fynn, Dove Men+Care Brand Lead. "Brotherhood fosters a sense of belonging and emotional safety, allowing men to express vulnerability, lean on each other during setbacks and celebrate victories together. Sport is where that spirit shines."

On Match Day, Dove says the air was filled with anticipation as teams arrived at Discovery Wanderers Park. The Champions of Care arrived with high energy, backed by the viral Parktown Boys High School band, who played the TikTok rendition of Kendrick Lamar's Not Like Us.

Dove says that for the young bandmates, the opportunity to meet their heroes in the flesh was a dream come true.

"Being part of the Champions of Care BroScape squad was unreal. I grew up loving football, so getting on the field with this crew and representing Dove Men+Care was something special. It wasn't just about the game; it was about brotherhood, care and showing up for each other. Big shoutout to everyone who voted me in. I felt the love," says Sweet Guluva.

At the Dove Men+Care activation stand, guests tested out the full grooming range, played a fun game of table football and walked away with hampers and good vibes. Dove says it was more than an event / escape, it was a full-circle moment that celebrated what it means to show up as your best self, with a blend of sport, grooming and networking.

"Dove Men+Care remains dedicated to empowering men to embrace holistic care as an integral part of their overall well-being by providing effective products and giving men the courage to take care of themselves, so they are able to show up for others," concludes Fynn.
