The station has also confirmed the appointment of 24-year-old Dan Corder as its new
Breakfast Show host. According to the station, Corder is the youngest presenter to nab this time slot since Mark Gillman in 1995.
He will also be the youngest
Breakfast Show host currently on commercial radio in the country. Corder began his radio career on
UCT Radio and has been on-air at
Good Hope FM since 2015.
"We know Dan is a great fit for our listeners. His content is fresh, he is consistently ahead of the trend and younger generation 'Capetonians' can easily relate to him – he speaks their language," says Brendan Ficks,
Good Hope FM station manager.
