The online tech news site celebrated its 22nd birthday on Wednesday, 1 April and has been steered by Michael James at the helm for most of that time.

"NAG has shaped every facet of my life since I joined the team and I'm truly honoured to be in a position to officially call it my baby. We have some epic changes in the works while nurturing our current reader base and I'm super excited to announce that our managing editor Tarryn van der Byl, as well as sales manager Cheryl Harris, will help shape the next 22 years with me," says Nery.

NAG says that over the last 22 years, it has established itself through its magazine, website and fridge magnets as one of South Africa's most-loved names in video games and geek culture media. NAG features a mix of content for anyone who is passionate about gaming and pop culture.

Visitors to the website can enter competitions and join one of NAG's social media communities and interact via Twitch. NAG also syndicates content to Times Live under GamersLIVE banner and offers free press releases to their clients.
