Laarger Rooibos says South Africans have been enjoying the great taste of Laager Rooibos for decades, with the far-reaching health benefits of Rooibos tea making it a worldwide favourite. 
 
South African twin chefs, sports nutritionists, authors and Laager Rooibos ambassadors Lebo and Tebo Ndala of @withlovefromthetwins fame will join nutrition expert and fellow Laager Rooibos ambassador, Mbali Mapholi (@urbandietitian) on this weekly podcast.

According to the brand, Tebo said they love collaborating with Mbali as it opens audiences to the more technical side of how they incorporate Laager Rooibos tea into their popular recipes.
 
"Combining our expertise will get people more interested in nutrition and make them think more about what they eat," says Tebo. 
 
Mbali said that she and the twins share a 'passion for nutritious yet flavourful meals'. 
 
"Collaborating with Laager Rooibos on this visual podcast will give us a chance to connect with our audience on a personal level, promoting healthier eating habits without sacrificing taste or breaking the bank," Mabi adds. 
 
Lebo agreed, saying listeners were also welcome to send questions through to @Urbandietitian (Mbali) and @withlovefromthetwins (Lebo and Tebo) if they want more information on a topic or to comment on the podcast directly.
