Lelo and Tiro's famous friends include former Miss Universe and TV presenter, Michelle McLean as well as the rugby sensations Morne Steyn and Bjorn Basson, with their beautiful wives Christelle and Nicole at their side. Idols judge, radio personality and singer, Unathi Msengana is performing two songs at the reception and Drum editor Khosi Zane's presence adds even more glamour.

While the soap wedding of the year is taking place on Wednesday, 18 January viewers will see the action and drama at the spectacular reception on Thursday, 19 January.

This special event in The Wild's captivating storyline created huge excitement behind the scenes. The crew, cast and celebrity guests worked over two days and until the early hours of the morning, to produce a modern bush wedding with an ethnic touch that starts on a mountain top and ends off in a giant marquee tent.

But how did leading lady, Gail Nkoane, experience the big day and all the faffing to create her character's picture-perfect wedding? She will go live online with a daily blog called Gail’s Garter on Friday, 20 January telling what it's like being a bride.

All of this is happening within the first week of the soap's new timeslot on DStv. It moved to 19:00 for satellite viewers, but terrestrial viewers can still tune in at 18:00. If you can't watch The Wild during the week, you can also enjoy the episodes back to back on Saturdays from 16:20 or Sundays at 07:00.
