Join four proudly South African celebrities, including Lotus FM DJ, Rakesh Ramdhin; 2010 Idols runner up, Lloyd Cele; rock band, Just Jinger’s frontman, Art Matthews; and local celebrity chef and author of Kitchen Cowboys, Peter Goffe-Wood, at this year’s Good Food and Wine Show in Durban where 'full of love and full of goodness' family-favourite rice brand, Aunt Caroline, will be giving them a lesson or two on how to prepare healthy yet quick and easy meals – a much needed alternative to the stereotypical celebrity diet of on-the-road junk food.

On each day of the show, the Aunt Caroline chef will hold a live cooking session with one of the local celebrities, demonstrating the versatility and innovative meal options with Aunt Caroline rice. However, local celebrity chef Peter Goffe-Wood will be showcasing his own creative flair behind the Aunt Caroline cooking station, a show you won’t want to miss.

Exciting give-aways for attending spectators of the show include Aunt Caroline product vouchers and exciting product hampers. So come along and capture some time with one of South Africa's local celebrities as they demonstrate their newly acquired cooking tips and skills for creating healthy dishes with Aunt Caroline rice.
