Due to its integrated campaign experience, the agency has also been awarded high impact projects for DHL Cape Town Stadium and SA Rugby, as well as the Marriott International Melrose Arch Cluster and Protea Hotels.

Dialogue founder and MD Tracy Jones says, "Having been focused on our B2B and corporate communications portfolio post-Covid, it's encouraging to see the return of travel and consumer clients back into the agency."

"Being able to support international brands launching into South Africa in the online retail space allows us to lean into our 18 year proven track record and senior team expertise," adds Jones.

To support client and portfolio growth, Dialogue says it has appointed three additional team members:

  • Cara Diener as senior project lead,
  • Sinothando Malangeni as senior account manager, and
  • Teagan Stoltz as account manager.

Jones says that as proud members of the Public Relations and Communications Association Africa (PRCA) Jones leads the membership and industry promotion board, and Cherná Lutta heads up the NextGen network.

Together, they have been appointed to the Executive Africa Committee to enhance the PRCA's integrated and collaborative peer network of PR and communication professionals across the African continent.

Crowning this period of positive growth, Dialogue adds that it received international acclaim at the PRCA Digital Awards in London, winning Best Global Social Media Campaign of the Year for SA Rugby's #BokFriday.

The agency concludes that the 2024 SABRE Awards Africa honoured Dialogue for the same campaign given the measurable results achieved, while the Bookmark Awards recently named Dialogue as finalist across four categories in the 2024 awards.
