The award marks the latest in diversity recognition for Accenture in South Africa. The company has also won the 2016 and 2015 Annual Top Employer in SA awards presented by Top Employers Institute.
Accenture believes gender equality is essential for a high-performing, talent-led organisation. The company is working toward its goal to grow its percentage of women new hires to at least 40% worldwide by 2017. Today, women make up 38% of the company’s global workforce.
