Ntsibande has over 20 years of experience leading large brand teams within the marketing and media industry. His experience includes holding senior marketing roles at the SABC and successfully rebranding some iconic brands within radio and SABC News.

He also managed a number of corporate marketing campaigns including the following:
  • TV license
  • the World Cup, and
  • DTT public awareness campaigns.
He is a former board member and chairperson of marketing and distribution at the National Film and Video Foundation. He also served as a member of the Adjudication Committee at the Gauteng Film Commission.

Ntsibande says he is an entrepreneur at heart and was also the founder and co-owner of a popular franchise Slick Branding & Media. He is also the strategic marketing advisor to the non-profit Inkanyeti Foundation.

A seasoned marketer and thought leader, Ntsibande has won several awards throughout his marketing journey, including the Amstel Salute to Success, and was recognised for his work by Promax / BDA.
