According to WOO, Bleakley's presentation is titled 'The art of the possible, the world's your Ocean'.
Bleakley will discuss growth opportunities in the African market and what the example of Europe, where Ocean has a multi-country business, reveals about the best way to take advantage of them.
Bleakley has been CEO of Ocean for 13 years, during which time the digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) specialist has grown from a niche player in the United Kingdom to one of the world's highest-profile OOH owners. It is renowned for its major sites, including the iconic Piccadilly Lights in London's West End.
WOO president Tom Goddard, who served as chairperson of Ocean from inception through its period of major growth, says, "There is no-one better than Bleakley to reveal the best way to grow an OOH business."
"Bleakley has succeeded through a combination of indomitable ambition and a strong focus on teamwork — the keys to any successful business. I'm sure he will make a valuable contribution to what is certain to be a highly informative and rewarding Africa Forum," concludes Goddard.
According to WOO, further speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
