On Friday, 8 July, Edwards released his debut single with Universal Music, Sparks. This uplifting, anthemic single shows off Edwards’ signature voice that lead him to the final round of the hit TV show.
“I can’t explain how excited I am to be a part of the massive Universal Music family and I’m excited for what the future has in store for us. When we started brainstorming for the album and the first single, everything just started to fall into place with the single Sparks,” explains Edwards.
He will be going into studio in August to record his debut full length album with Universal Music set for release in late September 2016.
