As of  Wednesday, 1 July, there will be a single publication.

According to Diane Albertus from SPARK Media, the new edition, Soweto Urban News, will have a print order of 110 000.

The areas to be covered by the new publication include:

  • Diepkloof 
  • Eldorado
  • Pimville, and
  • Protea.
The breakdown of the total print order will be as follows:
  • Diepkloof: 30 000
  • Eldorado: 30 000
  • Pimville: 25 000
  • Protea: 25 000
