During his career, Darren has won nine South African Music Awards and has released 30 CDs, of which 21 have gone Gold and 12 have gone Double Platinum or more.

Galaxy KDay's line-up includes the house trio Mi Casa, featuring three of the country's top male musos.

R&B hitmaker Jimmy Nevis is set to perform songs from his new album, which is due for release at the end of January. In addition, all-around entertainer and local music icon Emo Adams is bringing his mix of songs and humour back to the Galaxy KDay stage, and Afrikaans Hip-Hop artist Early B also be present.

Kfm Mornings host Darren Simpson says the festival has earned a reputation for featuring the local music industry's hottest stars, all-time favourites and emerging talent.
