With women's cricket growing year-on-year, Germanos is an ever-present figure at leagues such as the Women's Premier League in India, as well as ICC Women's World Cups, says SuperSport.

Germanos's career highlights include covering two ICC Women's World Cups (2017 & 2022) plus four Women's T20 World Cups (2018, 2020, 2023 and 2024). She has also covered two Men's World Cups in 2019 and 2023 as well as three Men's T20 World Cups in 2021, 2022 and 2024, says the broadcaster.

SuperSport says that Germanos was part of the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the ICC U19 Men's World Cups in 2020 and 2022. Some of her most memorable events near the boundary rope include SA Women v India Women in India 2019, the 2019 Women's Ashes in England and SA Women v England Women 2022 in England. 

She was also part of the unforgettable SA Men's series against Australia in 2017 / 18 in South Africa and touring the Caribbean in 2021 and 2024 when SA took on the West Indies, says the broadcaster.
