Die Republikein is an Afrikaans-language newspaper published daily in Namibia. It was founded in December 1977 by the Republican Party of Namibia. The first editor of the paper was Johannes Petrus Spies. The publication focuses on politics and national news; education; agriculture; motoing; sports; as well as expos and shows. It also offers columns; cartoons; and a platform where readers can upload photos.
The publication is also available online, and in May recorded 341 338 page impressions; 105 098 site visits; and 47 098 unique visitors.
