On Monday, 23 April, 3Talk chats to some of the cast members and producers of the new SABC3 drama series, Jozi H. The series, set in Johannesburg’s world-renowned trauma department, brings ancient custom and modern medicine face-to-face for a head-on collision. Jozi H explores the personal struggles faced by an eclectic, international band of doctors, nurses and surgeons dedicated to saving lives at the Johannesburg Metropolitan Hospital. The production was launched to members of the media at the top of the Carlton Centre on 19 March. The first episode will be screened on SABC3 on Thursday, 26 April at 20:30. Cast members include well-known names such as Hlomla Dandala, Neil McCarthy, and Thami Ngubeni, amongst others. 3Talk is a live-to-air ‘talk TV’ programme hosted by Noeleen Maholwana-Sanqu.
