The Summer Holiday line-up at Emperors Palace's Summer Holiday extravaganza includes South Africa’s hottest bands from 17 December 2009 and tickets are R50. This music festival kicks-off on 17 December and runs until 10 January 2010 in the Theatre of Marcellus. Emperors Palace brings you the coolest, and hottest local bands from Watershed; Sipho Hostix; Jesse Clegg; Prime Circle; to Flash Republic; Dr Victor; and the Rasta Rebels; Eden; and many more. Over R100-million has been spent on the new Entertainment Emporium at Emperors Palace to create what is now surely Gauteng’s ultimate entertainment destination.

More fun things to do with the whole family: The Garden of Lights, a Noddy Production and Midnight Hour! The now famous Garden of Lights display will be running from 4 December to 3 January 2010, every evening (19:00 to 22:30). The D’oreale Grande gardens will be transformed into a magical wonderland of lights and Christmas characters that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
Noddy and Friends will burst on to stage at 64 @The Palace, the new multi-purpose venue at Emperors Palace, from 3 to 20 December. The acclaimed Jill Girard and Keith Smith from Peoples Theatre have produced this magical show for the whole family, a not to be missed experience over the summer season. To ensure no tummies are rumbling during the show, the children’s ticket price of R70 also includes a delicious pizza and soft drink, redeemable on the day of the show and exclusive to Col’Cacchios Pizzeria.
King Size Comedy provides laughter to usher in the silly season with 'Life’s A Beach' comedy show at Centre Court on Friday 11 December, with ticket prices starting at R115. Richard Loring’s latest hit production Midnight Hour featuring Clint & Co takes audiences down memory lane with hits including Mustang Sally; Bed of Roses; Bohemian Rhapsody; and Bridge over troubled from 4 November to 13 December.
