KORA Awards 2016 in the
Best Hip Hop category for
Skhanda Love featuring South African singer, Nandi Mngoma.
The theme of the song is having a partner who will support you and be by your side no matter what happens. The story line is clearly showcased in the video, which was released shortly after the single release to much acclaim.
With the success of
Skanda Love across all media mediums, and just over one million views on
YouTube, it has been dubbed the South African hip hop love song of 2015.
