Cotlands says that registrations for a four-ball are currently open for the golf event and that individuals stand a chance to win prizes.

On the day, golfers will tee-off at different times from just after 11:00, from the first and 10th tee, with eight-minute intervals in-between.

The course is set in a bushveld-type setting with natural grasslands and huge rock formations.

Dr Monica Stach, CEO of Cotlands, says, "We'd like to encourage all golf enthusiasts to make a difference by rounding up their mates to form a four-ball and play some golf for a purpose."

"We have over a million vulnerable children in South Africa with no access to early learning opportunities. Our goal is to raise R500 000 to help fund a toy library / playgroup programme for children living in marginalised communities," adds Stach.

With the golf event, we have created opportunities for companies to sponsor holes to display their branding or sponsor prizes for our golf day, concludes Cotlands.

Individuals who are interested in sponsoring a hole are encouraged to email marketing@cotlands.org. To register a four-ball team, click here to enter.
