As managing partner, Williams will be responsible for the management and growth of the Cape Town agency, furthering its ambition to be the most effective PR agency in Africa.

Williams will also aim to deliver meaningful and powerful conversations for clients. She will report to Razor partner and managing director Dustin Chick and will join the agency's Exco.
