FNB says that its eBucks rewards programme is designed to encourage good banking habits and money management across key financial areas like transact, lend, invest, insure, home, car and telecoms. Over the past 24 years, the programme has paid out more than R22-billion in eBucks.

FNB says that its year-end results also show that its customers earned R2.3-billion in eBucks in the past year which is money back in their pockets from groceries to school uniforms, fuel and everything in between. FNB's payout increased by 8% from 2023, surpassing inflation.

Additionally, FNB says that it was recently awarded 2024 Most Valuable South African Brand by Kantar BrandZ. It also received accolades as the Best Consumer Digital Bank in South Africa by Global Finance and was recognised as the Most Admired Financial Services Brand in South Africa by Brand Africa.
